Mr Aleid has regular operating sessions in the private hospitals he works in and he will endeavour to fit you in the first availability that suites you.

However, we are unable to provide a surgery date prior to initial consultation.

Different surgeries have different requirement and/or equipments which could have an impact on theatre availability for your specific procedure. Therefore, we can only provide estimated date for your procedure after your initial consultation.

If your treatment is covered by insurance please contact the relevant hospital and ask to be booked in for a follow up appointment. When arranging the appointment ask the call handler to put a note on the system that you are booked in to have botox injections.

I am covered by insurance. Why have you sent me an invoice?

If you have medical insurance. we will always invoice your insurance in the first place. In most cases the insurer settles invoices in full.

On some occasions, insurance do not pay or only part pay our invoice due to policy excess or patient contribution. In this case, you will receive an invoice from us to cover the shortfall.

On rare occasions, insurance do not pay due to failed preoperative authorisation.

If you receive an invoice from us, you will need to contact your insurance directly to clarify your liability or rectify any errors. Unfortunately, we are unable to speak to your insurer on your behalf.
